To geotag photos on your PC, you can use GPX files generated by GeoTagr. Go to the Tracks tab (iPhone) or Tracks screen (iPad) to share an overall GPX file or to share a GPX file for one specific track. One of the sharing options is Dropbox. You can also share GPX files via iTunes Sharing.

Once the GPX files are available on your PC, you can use them in your favorite geotagging application. Good geotagging applications for Windows are RoboGeo and GeoSetter.

Another option is to use a Dropbox folder to geotag your photos. This option is slower but doesn't require an additional geotagging application. With Dropbox, everything can be done with GeoTagr.
