GeoTagr How To & FAQ > Recording locations > No locations are recorded. What can I do?
Search the FAQ for entries containing:
GeoTagr can only record locations if the Location Services of your device are working correctly and accurately. You can verify this by using the Maps application that comes with each device.
Start the Maps app and check whether Maps can acquire an accurate location. If Maps cannot locate you, GeoTagr can’t either.
If Maps can locate you, but not very accurate, GeoTagr will not take these locations into account. Only locations that are accurate enough are recorded.
If Maps can locate you accurately, but GeoTagr doesn’t log a location, report your problem via the contact page.
